NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Indiana Township will receive public comments on the Townships Final Pollution Reduction Plan (PRP) required for their Individual MS4 Permit Renewal. The Final PRP will be available for review at the Township Municipal Building located at 3710 Saxonburg Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, during normal business hours from August 12, 2024 to September 11, 2024. Indiana Township will accept written comments on the PRP for 30 days from the date of public notice. Interested parties may submit written comments that must be postmarked by September 11, 2024 and addressed to Daniel Anderson, Indiana Township, 3710 Saxonburg Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, or may be submitted electronically to danderson@indianatownship.com.
The Final PRP will be considered for adoption at the September 11, 2024 Board of Supervisors regular public meeting with the condition that any public comments postmarked by the 30 day period ending September 11, 2024 be included and taken into consideration. Additional public comments will be accepted at this meeting.
