The Township accepts pavilion rentals from Township residents beginning at 9am on the first business day of February for that calendar year only. Non-Residents may rent a pavilion beginning two weeks following the Resident date. Reservations are accepted at the Town Hall, all paperwork must be completed, fee must be paid and the damage security deposit check must be submitted to confirm a pavilion reservation. Non-residents are permitted to rent pavilions and do have a different fee structure. Please see the Park information for details.

Yes, renters may have alcohol at their events; however, the renters MUST alert the Township of their intent to have alcohol on their rental permit. There is also a fee for having alcohol, $10.00 for residents, $25.00 for non-residents. NO GLASS PERMITTED IN THE PARK! If a renter does not obtain an alcohol permit and alcohol is present, the event will be immediately terminated and rental privileges will be revoked.
